Jason Bolitho, Attorney At Law
Jason Bolitho is an Oklahoma attorney dedicated to protecting property owners and accident victims against unfair insurance practices. A graduate of Ada High School, East Central University, and Oklahoma City University School of Law, Jason combines local insight with over a decade of legal experience.
His practice focuses on insurance claims and personal injury matters, including breach of contract, bad faith, and delayed or denied claims. Since 2022, his firm has recovered more than $9.5 million of denied and underpaid claims. Backed by professionals with over 30 years of insurance adjusting experience, Jason’s team provides unmatched leverage in both negotiation and litigation.
Jason believes legal advocacy should bring clarity and reduce stress. His philosophy is simple: speak plainly, act sincerely, and hold insurers to their promises — so every client has a clear path forward.
